1. General Terms

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with bji9, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any false or misleading information is found in the details provided during registration, bji9 reserves the right to close the account at any time.

3.2 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account password and login details. If someone learns your password or you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your bji9 account is strictly personal. Selling, transferring, or giving your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, both accounts will be closed immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bji9 is ৳200 (two hundred taka). This limit applies equally to every payment method. We currently accept deposits through the following methods:

Account balance will be credited only after a deposit transaction is successfully completed. If any transaction fails, please contact the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

bji9 monitors all financial transactions. If any suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal financial activity is detected, the relevant account will be suspended and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receiving this bonus:

• To receive the bonus, you must use the applicable promo code (if any) at the time of the first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (15x). This means withdrawals cannot be made until you have wagered 15 times the bonus amount.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per member.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

5.3 VIP Cashback

Our VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Promotion to a VIP tier is determined based on gaming activity. bji9 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonuses, bonus hunting, or attempting to collect extra bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

bji9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent financial activity.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to verify age.
• Extended period of inactivity (in accordance with applicable law).
